Indian Springs

Temporarily Closed

Large cavern zone. Main passage tunnel travels 600' to a "T", with upstream to right and downstream to the left.
Upstream Average Depth: 118'-180'
Downstream Average Depth: 43'-140'

Clear Cut

Clear Cut is a part of the Wakulla Springs State Park. If you're planning on diving please make reservations with Wakulla Springs State Park since diving is on a first come first serve basis. Proof of full cave, trimix and 100-logged cave dives are required.

Upstream Depth: 180'+
Downstream Depth: 100'+

Greyhound

Greyhound is located at the rear of the Ferrell property. Greyhound is an offset sink karst window with direct connection to the Wakulla-Leon Sink's conduit. Intersection is upstream of Turner and downstream of Innisfree. Depth is around 80' until the intersection of the Wakulla-Leon line which is at 50' of depth. Upstream tees to two separate passages each being in the 200' range. Exploration in the right section of the tee is ongoing. Water is crystal clear indicating a spring tunnel.
Dives on the Ferrell property are guided until the diver has obtained familiarity with the property and each system.

Hatchet

Swamp basin located to the East of Harvey's off of HWY 98. Has a heavy tidal influence. Current line is tied off at 190' of depth. Public access

Meeting House

Meeting House is located on the Ferrell property. There is an extensive cavern followed by massive cave passage in the 190' depth range. This passage leads to a tee and quickly drops at both ends to restrictions around 200' of depth. These restrictions are the upstream and downstream conduits. Each reach depths below 270' of depth. Exploration is ongoing. Explored passage is over 3000' of penetration.

Harvey's Cave

Tidal sink with a 130' basin. Cave entrance is located at approximately 70' of depth with an upstream and downstream section. The upstream has an average depth of 58' and the downstream Aphasia pit is 280'. Public access, however, land owner requests no diving after dark.

 

Emerald Sink

Emerald is now part of the Wakulla Springs State Park. If you're planning on diving please make reservations with Wakulla Springs State Park since diving is on a first come first serve basis. Proof of full cave, trimix and 100-logged cave dives are required.

Upstream Depth: 62'
Downstream Depth: 140'+

Ferrell

Ferrell Cave is located near the front of the Ferrell property and is a shallow cave averaging 70' of depth. Main passage is 650' of penetration with passage ranging from 40' to 80' of width. Through a restriction, Ferrell exposes another 700'+ of cave passage in the 130' depth range. Exploration is ongoing with total explored passage being 1400'+. Dives on the Ferrell property are guided until the diver has obtained familiarity with the property and each system.

Church Sink

Church Sink is a deep depression sink hole located on private property just south of Tallahassee, FL. The cave averages 60' of depth and has many branches off the main passage. This site is a Cave Connections exclusive. Any diver who wishes to dive there needs to check-in at Cave Connections for paperwork and key for site access.
